THERAPISTS
Position: Full Time Clinician
Hours: Part time building to full time (20-25 clients/week)
Wages: Commission based, W2 Position. Therapist will earn 45-50% commission rate.
Requirements: State of Colorado License or License Candidate, Masters in Counseling or related field
Benefits: Continuing Education Reimbursement, paid sick leave, flexible vacation policy, flexible schedule, supervision provided, if needed.
Estimated Start Date: Immediately
Spark is seeking a mental health professional to join our team! We are fun, hardworking and connected team. We are a fee-for-service practice specializing in Child, Adolescent and Family therapy. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children, teens and families and have a working knowledge of play therapy, attachment and trauma. This position affords the opportunity to work in private practice without the hassle of self-employment. Spark provides a stream of referrals, regular trainings and group consultation/supervision and fully furnished offices (to include a devoted playroom for ideal play therapy sessions). Therapists are W-2 employees, with a commission-based salary.
